    Need to do FREE estimates like regular Mechanics. I have always brought my Vehicle in and they have looked at it told me what was needed and the cost then asked if I want it done. You all charged me from the time I gave you my Vehicle until I got it back. They could have said it will cost X amount to even put on Computer to see what need to be done but they just took it and charged me, Very Expensive Oil Change and 5 Point inspection it my "Opinion. VERY UPSET and UNSATUSFIED CUSTOMER!!

    The appointment went fine. Easy to schedule and completed quickly. The only issue was when the tire pressure warning came on the following day after a tire rotation. The lady who answered my call on the scheduling line, said it sounded like it was a sensor issue and I would have to try to do a drop-in appointment. When I asked if I should call the Quick Lane because I was coming from an hour away, she said they'd tell me the same thing and that I'd have to try to be seen. I reiterated that I live an hour away and would hate to drive all that way to not be seen. She said that was all they could do. I drove the hour and the attendant at the Quick Lane was very nice. Within seconds of me explaining what was happening, he told me that with VW's, the sensor just needs to be reset. He came out and talked me through it within ten seconds, the sensor went off and hasn't been on since. It was annoying that the lady was not helpful and I had to drive two hours to and from, for something that could have been fixed over the phone in ten seconds if she had not discouraged me from calling the Quick Lane.
