Diagnosed the problem, had the parts in stock and fixed it while I waited. Since I drive a good distance to get there, this was greatly appreciated. The staff is professional and accommodating, even offering free rides to local stores. Also had a tour of the lot to look at potential next cars. All in all, a good experience.
